Most of the thrift shops in Fresno have terrible cassette collections (if they have them at all). It’s mostly bad country and Christian music. But sometimes some oddities pop up that are worth checking out.
That’s why I bought “Dining At Versailles” for just $1, the other day.
Best I could figure out is that it’s a cooking book on tape…or maybe just a recipe album. Kinda interesting. Then I saw that it was voiced by Vincent Price and I had to get it.
So yeah, it is an album or a cookbook on tape. At least a short version of a cookbook on tape. I would think an actual book would have more recipes.
It’s interesting to listen and makes me want to fix a French dish for someone.
